Over the last 26 years, I have been devoted to the path of present moment awareness through an ancient practice called Samyama.  You will experience a level of being met, listened to, and respected which can only be available in the all accepting presence of awareness. 

My practice integrates the modalities of Cranial Sacral Therapy, Neuromuscular massage, Deep Tissue, Swedish, and now Fascial CounterStrain in order to fully treat what your body reveals is needed in each session.
